If you are a professional, aspiring dancer or just want to dazzle your friends with routines to the hottest
new music, Pineapple Dance Masterclass will introduce you to a whole new exhilarating way to get fit, feel
wonderful and have fun. In over 20 years of teaching at Pineapple, choreographer Nicky Bentley has taught
thousands to dance with her own brand of 'Street Jazz', including members from the bands: Blue, S Club 7,
and Liberty.
Here Nicky shows you how to dance like your favourite artists, step-by-step over three whole routines.
Practise at different speeds and when you are ready dance along with the pros at the end of each section. All
levels of dancer can work with this video/dvd, from beginners to advanced. To start, stretching exercises build
up the flexibilty and strength needed for Street Jazz. Then the viewer moves on to three Street Jazz routines.
Each routine is introduced at the Pineapple Studios, so watching and learning the steps you feel you are
participating in a class there. The final routines are demonstrated by the five dancers on location, in the
style of the latest MTV dance videos. When you are ready join the dancers at the end of each section.
